These Terms and Condition apply to all use of threel.co.uk including all transactions for the sale of goods on threel.co.uk Please read through these Terms and Conditions very carefully, it may change at any time and any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Site. Entering the site you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them please do not use the Site.

When you are register with us you will be asked to create a password to keep your information safe. You should keep the information and not share it with no one. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under My account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service to block accounts and to remove and edit any content submitted by you in My account area.
All the order will be processing as soon as we receive clear payment. You will receive confirmation email for your order. When we send your order you will receive email confirming that your goods are shipped. In case the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will contact to you by email or phone. When ordering with threel.co.uk you agree and understand that placing order creates contract between you and Kerima Limited.
You can make payment using Visa, Master, Maestro Cards and Pay Pal. Our website uses payment authentication called Realex Payment. Global Payments is HSBC Bank plc’s preferred supplier for card processing in the UK
We keep the rights to change the prices before you make your purchase. The price for all goods should be the prices shown on the website on the time that buyer check out. All the price include VAT but delivery cost will be charged separately.
Our standard delivery time for Mainland UK is 2-5 working days only for £ 3.90 Orders for £ 49 or over is free delivery. We also offer other delivery methods, such as Next Day Delivery ONLY for £8.50. Goods are normally dispatched in the same business day if you order before 2 pm, Monday to Friday and on the next working day if you order after 2 pm.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We will be happy to satisfy your expectations, however any item purchased from us may be return for any reason within 7 days of the date of the dispatch. Please may be sure that the goods are in as sold conditions, including all original packing. Please fill the form on return section about the return or exchange and we will send you RMA number and address to send it back. Please note that you must organize the return on your expense and risk. We strongly recommend you that you obtain free certificated from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS In case the product you received was faulty or damaged, please fill the form and we will contact to you. In this case the postage fee will be refunded to you.
